60-Day Worry-Free Policy

We believe in the quality of our product, that is why we have a 60-day worry-free policy!
We are constantly striving to improve, so if unfortunately, you are not 100% in love with our product for any reason, we will always be happy to hear your advice and issue a refund.
This policy only applies to your first order, with up to two bottles or units.
If you order more than two units in your first order, we may ask you to return all the unused items for a full refund, our Return Policy will apply.

Return Policy

In addition to the 60-day worry-free policy, we also have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with labels, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@nutramoment.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an address for return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Initial shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping fees for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Customers have the option to either use a self-purchased return label or a return label provided by us. Unless the goods are damaged or it is due to our error, a shipping fee of $7.90 will be deducted from your refund. Before waiving the return shipping cost, we may need a photograph of the damaged goods.
The shipping fee will be waived if you purchased the return insurance from our partner for $1, you can use this portal for returns.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/ Non-returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
